Our expertise and proprietary designs are once again combined to create our Conical Profile Rib Cutters. These tools have multiple configurations of angle, tip size and offer an optional extra-long length. The Profile Rib Cutters are capable of precision machining mold ribs and performance finishing profile walls in a wide range of materials from low carbon steel to titanium. They turn hardened die steels into finished products with the exact specifications you demand. Every tool is built to create consistency, reliability and performance for our customers.

RESULTS
Combining an eccentric relief, AlTiN/Si3N4 coating and proprietary flute design gives the tool greater strength, rigidity and added longevity. This structure also enables a high feed/material removal rate and chatter-free milling, for most ferrous materials. PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENTS

Proper tool setup and selection can improve your running parts by nearly 3 fold. Rather than using a 7 multi-axis machine and substantial programming time to cut a draft angle, the use of our tapered end mills were able to improve the finish and dramatically increase production results.
