CREDIT
   Conical Tool Company sells through distribution.  Distributors interested in carrying our tooling are welcome to contact us for available distributor status.
   If you would like to purchase our tooling,  you may call for a distributor in your area.
   Above terms granted where credit is pre-established or purchase order accompanied by credit references; otherwise, first order shipped C.O.D.

SHIPPING
    All in-stock items shipped within 24 hours F.O.B.
Grand Rapids, Mich. by regular surface UPS (unless otherwise specified)
shipping charges pre-paid and billed to customer.  No penalty for drop-shipping.

SPECIAL ORDERS
    Orders for "custom specials" (any items or alterations not listed by tool number in catalog) must be accompanied by confirming purchase order.


RETURN POLICY "Standard Items"
    Un-used catalog items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If returned tools are undamaged and in original factory condition, no restocking charge will be incurred.  Standard tools returned more than 30 days after receipt require Conical return authorization and will incur a fifteen percent restocking charge to customer. Please check warranty page.

RETURN POLICY "Custom specials"
    We are easy to deal with, but once work is started on "custom specials" or "alterations", the order cannot be cancelled.  Once finished, these "non-standard" items cannot be returned.  We will not authorize return of tool(s) in which we have made manufacturing changes subsequent to its (their) delivery to customer.

PRICES
    Prices are quoted seperately in the current "consumer price list" and are subject to change without notice.


RESHARPENING SERVICE
    Turnaround time 2- 4 weeks.  When tools are resharpened, there is necessarily a loss of material.  We take off as little as possible and still produce a good edge.  Routinely, we sharpen flutes and tips, hold the original taper tolerance and disregard tip diameters and flute lengths.  If other tolerances are critical, you must specify clearly your priority of tolerances on your packing list.  Cost depends on the condition of tools, so accurate cost quotations can be made only after receipt and inspection of your tools.   We do not routinely quote costs on every Re-grind Order.  If firm price is needed prior to re-sharpening, please note that clearly on your packing list.
