We are proud
to announce the new OOI out-of-index tooling
for 2011. A variable geometry, variable helix cutting tool available
in four different tip sizes. A more detailed description of OOI end mills on video,

on our home page. Also added in 2012, was our brand new countersink cutters webpage.
The new page has an updated slider photo gallery to view many of the countersink
cutters we manufacture at Conical Tool Company.
The Conical Tool multimedia CD
is now available free of charge. The entire catalog and all tool specs
are now added. Full featured with video, and a music player for your
enjoyment. Video interviews with owners Dave Melinn and Dennis Avery

We have added five new pieces of equipment in 2007.
The Anca RX-7 totally automated CNC tool and cutter grinder with a robotically
operated loading system. Also add was another Anca TG-7 tool and cutter
grinder with the capacity of manufacturing large tooling up to 2" in
diameter.
We have also added two Tru Tech CNC fully automated
profile and O.D. grinders with the capability of grinding very intricate
profiles under CNC control.
The Unison centerless grinder was also added, and
primarily used for plunge grinding carbide shanks to exacting specifications.
Conical Tool has evolved with innovation and technologically
advanced, state of the art machines and geometrically driven software.
We are poised on the cutting edge of technology.
